• FINAL COSTUME BALANCES-NOW PAST DUE!!
  Final costume balance invoices have either been distributed to your dancers or have been mailed home.   A reminder that final costume balance were due on February 1, 2012.  Thanks again for your continued support and understanding!
   

• FINAL TUITION PAYMENT-COMING SOON!
  Final tuition payments (payment #9 in your payment booklet) will be due on May 1, 2012.  This is the final payment due for the dance year.  Those with balances due after May 10^th  will be sent home final tuition balance notices via mail.  If you have any questions or concerns, please stop by the front desk, drop us an e-mail at info@cedarbrookdanceacademy.com or drop a note in the gray tuition box at the studio.

Important Payment Reminders:

• Be sure to use your coupon booklets, and fill in all of the information and attach it to your payment.

• Be sure to put your payment in an envelope, seal the envelope and put your dancers name on the front of the envelope.

• Be sure to put your payment in the gray drop box on the wall, and do not leave payment on the desk.

• How do I receive e-mail newsletters?
  If you have not received our e-mails and would like to be added to our e-mail list, PLEASE stop by the front desk and leave your latest e-mail address, so we may update our records.  Continue to check your e-mail for ongoing events and activities in our Studio.

• How do I know if the studio is closed due to inclement weather?
  In the event of a studio closure due to weather or any emergency circumstance, info will be posted on the CBDA home page, Fox29, and message will also be on the Studio telephone answering system.

• Can I obtain a refund for classes that my daughter/son does not attend?
  There are no monetary refunds for missed classes as the teacher is still in class and our teachers still are entitled to compensation for their time.  Any student who misses class is welcome to make up a class in a similar class.

• Can I get a refund if my daughter/son drops out of class?
  There are no refunds for tuition payments for those students who drop class(es) after January 31st.  In addition, there are no refunds on costumes deposits or final payments for those students who drop class(es) after January 31st as costumes are ordered and cannot be returned.
